1.  License terms
A license is required for each computer on which the Software is used, or for each person who uses the Software, whichever requires less licenses. Special rules apply to site/enterprise licenses.

For per-computer licensing, a license is required for each computer where the Software is used, not for each computer where it is installed. For example in a terminal server environment, the client computer which connects to the server would need a license, but the server wouldn’t.

Special provision for personal use: if you have purchased the Software for personal use, you may install the Software on all computers in your household.

Special provision for bundled copies of the Software: if you received the Software bundled together with another product, you may only use the Software on or together with the product with which the Software was bundled.

The use of registration codes or serial numbers not obtained from an authorized source is illegal.

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS-IS" AND WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS, IMPLIED OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. IN NO EVENT SHALL REALTIME SOFT AG OR ITS LICENSEES BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, OR ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER RESULTING FROM LOSS OF USE, DATA OR PROFITS, WHETHER OR NOT ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF DAMAGE, AND ON ANY THEORY OF LIABILITY, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE OR PERFORMANCE OF THIS SOFTWARE.
