1.   License

The Software is licensed per site, a license is required for each site of your company where the Software is used for application development.

Commercial reselling is not allowed under any circumstances. Reverse engineering and disassembling are prohibited.

2.   License for redistributable components
The Software contains redistributable components, which may be redistributed to any number of end users.

The redistributable components are the DLL and EXE files contained in the various Windows Installer merge modules.

Limitations:

- the redistributable components may only be redistributed as part of a product developed by your organization

- the redistributable components may not be made publicly available in stand-alone form

- reverse engineering and disassembling are prohibited

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS-IS" AND WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS, IMPLIED OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. IN NO EVENT SHALL REALTIME SOFT BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, OR ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER RESULTING FROM LOSS OF USE, DATA OR PROFITS, WHETHER OR NOT ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF DAMAGE, AND ON ANY THEORY OF LIABILITY, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE OR PERFORMANCE OF THIS SOFTWARE.
